After Otis received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from CSULB in 1991, he promptly move to Bend.  Central Oregon was the perfect fit for this outdoor enthusiast.  He has been involved as an outdoor educator for many years, sharing his love of biking, kayaking and skiing.

 

Otis started investing in real estate 15 years ago as a contractor/builder.  Finding properties with potential, he would purchase and remodel (force equity), add on, or build from scratch, making improvements that produced cash flows.  After a construction accident, Otis realized he needed to stop doing the physical end of the business and put his mind, degree, and practical knowledge together with his approachable personality and become a Realtor.
